With over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, Maricela Alvarado still never tires of making dreams come true for buyers and sellers alike. As a Mexican-American real estate expert, she prides herself on accommodating clients in either English or Spanish as she walks them through the full process so there’s never any misunderstanding. Maricela grew up in Mexico before moving to the San Fernando Valley at the age of 16. She still calls the area home to this day. During her years working as a loan officer, she loved seeing the smiles light up the faces of clients happily receiving the keys to their new homes. Eventually, she decided to become a part of that process. Today, she’s helping clients realize their real estate dreams all across the Greater Los Angeles area while specializing in her San Fernando Valley community.
Faith is integral to Maricela, so she can often be found helping her church in any way that she can while keeping God in her heart. She’s also an active member of a group that helps others to find inner peace. When her busy career allows, she loves to travel with her family. But even when she can’t leave town, she cherishes every moment with her loved ones. She prioritizes an active lifestyle, going on runs and walks. She enjoys soccer too, though more as a spectator. Maricela is also constantly looking to elevate herself in all points of her life.
